Strawberry Walnut Butter

Get ready for the tastiest nut butter OF YOUR LIFE. I can’t stop eating this by the spoonful and putting it on everything from smoothie bowls to toast. Oh my gosh, you guys, this is a true winner! And so so so easy to make.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 heaping cup raw, unsalted walnuts

  • 5 medium fresh strawberries, stems removed

  • 1 - 2 tsp honey (If using sweeter strawberries, use 1 and if using tarter ones, use 2! Feel free to taste test)

  • Dash of salt

Here’s how to make it:

In a food processor, pulse walnuts together for about 5 minutes, scraping down the sides every minute of so. The walnuts will go from small pieces to a paste and then to a creamy butter.

Add in the strawberries and pulse for another minute or so until well-combined. Add in honey and salt and pulse one last time until smooth and uniform. Transfer immediately to air-tight container and place in refrigerator. Due to spoilable nature, do not store at room temperature - do not worry, it holds the texture perfectly in the fridge! Will keep for a few weeks. Spread on everything your heart desires and enjoy.
