S'more Bites

These little bites are the perfect sweet treat, snack, or on-to-go dessert to keep your sweet tooth at bay. I have made this with gluten free graham crackers, all types of sweeteners, and different types of chocolate chips - they always turn out delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste or extract

  • 2 Tbsp liquid sweetener (maple syrup preferred)

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)

  • 1/4 cup chopped mini marshmallows

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together except for the chocolate and marshmallow. Gently fold them in at the end and let dough rest for a few minutes. Meanwhile, prep a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using a Tablespoon, scoop up a generous portion of dough and shape into ball. Pop them into the fridge after to let them set. Serve after letting them thaw for a few minutes. Enjoy!
